VTG Royal Rudolstadt Rose O'Neill Wilson Porcelain Kewpie Dessert Plate Germany
What I found online is that the
crown over B in shield mark was used by Beyer & Bock from c.1905 to c.1920. I'm assuming the plate is from this period but not positive.
