Vintage 1954 Curtiss Candy Group Health Insurance Plan Documents

My dad was employed by the Curtiss Candy Co. from the mid 50's thru 1961 when Curtiss Candy had it's own trucks and drivers on the road.  Up for sale is the brochure describing the Curtiss Candy Company Group Hospitalization and Accident and Health Plan offered to salesmen back in May of 1954 and to my father.  I found the information in this brochure to be quite fascinating as to the costs to each type of employee and the benefits received.
