IMPROVED COMBAT SHELTER
This is a Genuine US Army surplus 1-Man Improved Combat Shelter (ICS) — the current 1-man tent used by the US Army. This tent is made from a flame-resistant, ripstop nylon and features rubberized waterproof tub floor for added protection from the ground and elements. The rain fly forms a vestibule on one side for storing your pack and is open on the other side for easy and quick entering and exiting from the tent. Genuine US Army Issue (NSN# 8340-01-521-6438) Made of flame-retardant ripstop nylon Full coverage blackout rainfly with taped seams 96" x 40.5" x 32.5"h. (6 ft. x 3.4 ft. x 2.7 ft.) Packs down to 18" x 9", weighs only 6.5 lbs. Lightweight, durable and incredibly easy to setup, the ICS (Improved Combat Shelter) is the current generation one man combat tent for the U.S. Army. The ICS provides protection from rain, wind, and snow in virtually every climate. The tent is held up by aluminum poles forming a simple X shape, with an additional pole for setting up the vestibule for dedicated gear storage that are designed so that the tent will not collapse in the face of rain, wind, or snow. There is a waterproof rainfly that will keep you dry even through rough weather. The tent has a black rubber backing to block light from coming in or out so you can sleep in broad day light. It also has a tactical advantage that if you have a light on in the tent it will not be visible from the outside.

- These packs will show little signs of use and are the best we have.  They should be free of any defects.
Very Good
- The packs will show some signs of use that could include any of the following: dirt, stains, tape, writing, or scuffs.  We did not find any holes in these packs and the drawstrings and buckles are intact.
Good
- These packs will show a little more moderate signs of use and may have a rip or be missing a small non-essential component.  These packs are still fully functional for their intended purpose.
Acceptable
- These packs will show heavier signs of use that could include any of the above plus small holes or rips.  A common problem is the area around the drawstring may have pulled apart and ripped somewhat.  Any defects would be easily repairable.
