UNCIRCULATED CRACKER JACK DOLL - BLUE GIRL WITH DOLL
Up for auction is a hard to find original uncirculated Cracker Jack toy.  We live near Nashville, IN, the home of C. Carey Cloud, the designer of many Cracker Jack toys and artist in his own right.
This cracker jack doll, when punched out of its 2.25" x 3.5" card, and assembled, becomes a finger puppet.  The doll is pictured in Larry White's Cracker Jack book, as well as other Cracker Jack books.  The cards were printed in 1946.  Card is in very good condition, any slight discoloration is from storage and age.
These toys were purchased from a woman who worked for Mr. Cloud as a 'packer'.  Her job was to pack the toys in the Cracker Jack boxes, which were then sent to the factory to be filled with the delightful confection - Cracker Jack!  Over a period of several years, we purchased these uncirculated toys during the packer's yard sales (they would never sell more than a few at a time), and then ultimately at their estate sale after their death.
Don't miss the chance to buy this toy in unused, as found condition!.  Slight foxing from age, shelf wear from storage does not distract.
