    This 5 service is for the general 4 valve MX head service. Includes removal
    of valve train, soda blasting, full inspection for all needs, all seats machine cut with multi angle profiles. Seat profiles can be cut to OEM, aftermarket or oversized valves. Seat width can be 1mm for performance or 1.2mm for endurance. We use the race developed Rottler SG7 seat and guide machine for perfect concentricity. Your head is then professionally assembled, stem and spring heights checked and adjusted as needed and vacuum tested for quality.
    Valves, springs and seals are not included in this package. See our store for complete packages. W
    e only cut seats to new valves. For more we can adjust your valve shims
    9 Stainless Package. General head Service with Stainless intake conversion plus all new valves, springs and seals.
    9 Xtreme package. Our most popular anti-Ti valve wear full power upgrade modified head package includes Beryllium Copper intake seats and Bronze Manganese exhaust guides for use with Ti valves.  This set-up allows the use of  OEM Ti intake valves so theres no Hp loss compared to using the Stainless valve kits.  Head is complete with all valves installed and ready to bolt on.

    Please note:  Modern valve faces can not be cut due to the hard facing.  For this reason we only assemble with new valves.  We offer a wide variety of valves in stainless or titanium, OEM and Manganese guides, guide seals, gaskets, and valve seats, pistons and cams to match your needs.  If you want an endurance or the Ultimate race head we can build it.   Dealers and race teams are welcome.
