    Antique KPM Hand Painted Porcelain Celery or Relish Dish.
    Signed with the name 'Long'
    There is a gold painted marking on the inside of the dish. I can't tell if it is initials, or a symbol.
    Rim and handles finished in Gold Gilt.
    The outer sides of the dish are painted in a very soft matte sky blue color.
    There is one tiny chip that I noticed on the outside of this. I have attempted to mark it in the last photo. It is tiny, and in my opinion does not take away from the beauty of this piece.

    Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin, which translates to “Royal Porcelain Factory in Berlin.” The company was founded in 1763 by Frederick II of Prussia, who bought the factory from its previous owner, Johann Ernst Gotzkowsky.
