This is Sideways Knits by Lois Blystone.  Sweaters are in sizes 32  through 22.  Patterns are: Carasoft Pullover, Easy Dolman, Summer pullover, Aragon special, Quick Dolman, Night & Day Pullover, Bright summer top,Stripes, Suavi Pullover, and My Favorite. These patterns are for the standard gauge knitting machines.
From the author: I have enjoyed making the sweaters in this book.  There are so many ways to add those extra little things to a sideways knit sweater that make them unique.  I have found that some extra ease is needed in sweaters that are knit sideways.  I don't usually allow alot of extra ease in my sweaters but I have allowed about 2" in these.  A chart is included to show size, actual bust size, armhole depth and back shoulder.  For the dolmans one size fits a wide range of sizes so these are in small, medium and large.  Easy to follow instructions.  Excellent book.
