Complete Assembly Instructions
This tent requires approximately 7-9 people to set up.  Anchoring is required,
you will need to purchase an anchoring system suitable for your application and
placement of the tent.
It is up to you to determine if your anchoring of this canopy is sufficient.
The roof is not designed to hold heavy loads of standing water or snow.
You must keep proper tension on the roof material to avoid damage.
ANCHORING OF THIS PRODUCT IS REQUIRED
TO AVOID DAMAGE
CAUSED BY WIND AND/OR INCLEMENT WEATHER.

Shipping & In Transit Information

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:  We insure all shipments. If your item is damaged in transit we will work with you to get a replacement ASAP. To ensure quick processing, be sure to note the damage to the delivery agent and notify us through eBay mail
within 72 hours of delivery or as soon as you possibly can.  When you notify us, please provide pictures (if possible) as it will help speed Up the process.

e will then pick up the damaged product (at our expense) &  get your replacement product shipped to you ASAP.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase.  Buyer MUST notify us via email before attempting return.
After 21 days from date of purchase, we will
NOT
honor a return for any reason.
Returns accepted during the 14 day return period are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will not be eligible for refund of initial shipping.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping! Returns must be in original condition and packaging.  All items are inspected prior to leaving our warehouse, contact us immediately if your item is damaged in transit.  Please include your telephone # for contact if necessary. Original shipping box is required for shipping carrier to honor a claim for damage.
