you are bidding on PORTING for YOUR SEADOO 4-TEC  4-stroke HEAD.This includes porting of intake and exhaust runners with the proper finish. Disassemble & inspect valves, valve guides, valve seals, valve seat sealing area, head surface lapping and assemble. After inspection, if anything needs to be replaced, you will be called about work needed to be done. This is setup for your needs, be it beating your buddys or going all out on a 450+ HP hydro drag beast to closed course racing. head is also shown with full race serdi seat cuts to get the best out of this type of work that very few can do. with this type of work you do get what you pay for
All work done in-house for reasonable turn around times by master technician. I need to know when you send your head, what mods you have done and or are planning on doing and the type of riding/racing you are using it for. I will not make unrealistic claims of huge #"s gains that some shops do. They can explain to their customers why their engines run no faster now then it did before.  This is porting you can feel in the real world. All porting modifications are from 30+ years working with and building 2 and 4 stroke motors for play and racing use. Port design modifications are aided by port mapping software and flow bench testing & dyno testing and most important, on track testing for gains and wear evaluation. With todays newer 4 stroke engines making reliable extra horsepower is not as easy as just grinding on the ports, making it very critical that engine builders/tuners have the knowledge and experience to do the job properly the first time around.so what ever your needs are,play,mx,ax,ss or dirt track we can make it fly.
We use only the best tools and parts for performance upgrades for all the motors we build, along with head porting, ask about our precision valve seat machining on our serdi valve cutting machine center. This is the last word on seat cutting using custom high flow radius cutting technology, not some old school 3 angle job. Use this to compliment your porting.
