Very vintage watering spikes as they are sometimes called. bright yellow Pelican (glass for display only not included).  Measures about 2 1/4" in diameter and 4 3/4"  long.  chip on bottom was done at manufacturing since it has glaze over it and upper nick is very tiny, see photos 4 & 5.
