Polaris RZR 900 1000 Head Rebuild New Kibblewhite Stainless Valves

Description

This packaged priced service is for all Polaris RZR 900 through RZR 1000 8 valve heads plus a few other models using this style cylinder head. It includes tear down, soda blast cleaning, total inspection for all needs, seat face profiles professionally cut, assembled and vacuum tested. All modern valves are hard faced and should never be ground, therefore, we install new valves Kibblewhite stainless Black Diamond valves and Viton guide seals. If guides or valve springs are needed we we will call with a total price. We see a lot of premature wear on the valves, seats and guides on the RZR's due to poor air filtering. We suggest sending your head in for free inspection before purchasing. We can invoice through Paypal and we accept most credit cards.
At least half of the RZR's that we service will need exhaust guides. We use Bronze C630 guides and the cost is 0 installed when done in conjunction with the service.
We also offer valve shim lash adjustments during this service starting at depending on model.  You will need to send your cams, cam caps, lifters, bolts etc.
We do offer the Kibblewhite 9.48 shim conversion to eliminate the lifter bucket style OEM adjustment style. includes their spring kit and lifters. call for pricing.
Note: Old school methods of seat cutting and valve grinding do not work on modern small valve stem race heads. Most automotive machine shops and motorcycle shops cannot cut the precise concentricity needed in these high RPM heads. This is due in part to the small valve stems and flex in the guide pilots. We use the race developed Rottler SG7 seat and guide machine with special tooling for motocross and powersports heads.  We specialize exclusively in these type of heads.
