Returns:
Do you accept returns?
Yes, items that are new, unopened will receive a 100% refund. Items that are openened, installed, damaged, or anything other than the condition they left in are subject up to a 50% deduction per eBay's guidelines. We do not accept returns on opened/used electrical items.
Shipping:
When do you ship?
We ship Mondays and Thursdays. It may take up to 3 business day before the item is shipped, depending on what day it was ordered. For example, an item placed on a Thursday will go out the following Monday. We are not responsible for items once it leaves our possession.
When/how can I expect my item to arrive?
Economy shipping will go whatever method we decide based on location, price, weight and size. Items will ship using the most economical method, which may take up to 10 business days, although this is very atypical.
