PLease see ALL the photos, this is the exact model you will receive.  The unit power on and the light appears to be functioning as it should.
Overall the reader is solid and in good condition.  You will need to replace a piece of glass under the sliding mechanism (see pic above).
The only testing we have done was powering up the machine.  It is being sold AS IS>
