    Description

Up for sale is a set of large magnets from WW2 made by Cinaudagraph Corp. I was told these magnets are from a WW2 radar magnetron tube. These are 2 very powerful magnets that are Allen screwed to a steel base and there is a steel disc between the 2 magnets. It can be knocked off with a hammer, as it is magnetized in between the two. Or the magnets can be removed from base, if you want to separate them. Photos 7 and 8 shows a paper clip sticking to each end of magnet. It is marked as follows: Cinaudagraph Corp. Stamford Conn. Ser. #C-7200, CFS 2452, cat. -15-2450, type 1.3A245, B/P 23074, There no date stamp on it, however all I have had so far are dated September 1944. Also the letter “N” is on top magnet, left one. This is a fairly heavy unit, guessing it at 15 pounds. Base is 7.5 inches x 2.75 inches x 5.75 inches tall. There is a magnetic field all around the unit. If you could use a quantity of these, I actually have over 20 units or more available. You are bidding on the one actual unit, that has 2 magnets on a base (as seen) in the photos. Shipping is 42 dollars in Canada and 55 dollars to USA, due to its heavy weight. Thanks. Please note, Canada post has raised their rates on heavier items, so shipping has been raised. 42 in Canada and 55 to USA (Canadian funds). Thanks again.
