ATTENTION vintage Kawasaki JETSKI collectors or FAST 300cc. racers;
Selling a KAWASAKI JS300B MODIFIED and PORTED TRICK RACING CYLINDER AND MILLED RACE HEAD!
Made in Japan in the mid-1980's...NEVER to be made again!!!
This complete Kawasaki cylinder and head combo can be used on all years of 300cc jetskis from 1986-90 AS-IS!
Complete top-end will work without modifications on all 1986-88 JS300-B hulls and or the 88-90 300SX type engines!
Please check your local Kawasaki dealer for more info if item will work on your jetski before bidding.
This trick RACING combo came from a ski that was used in FRESH WATER conditions ONLY....
The TRICK racing cylinder combo using this head had 190PSI cranking pressure at 2500FT!
You can see in photos the head has had massive milling, it is lots thinner then OEM stock type heads!
Please look close at pics for any, and ALL damage.....
One[1] 300cc cylinder and head combo does have NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR from daily jetski USAGE [SEE PICS].
Two[2] bore size is .020thou over size or .50mm..bore could use a hone job to use as-is[?]  [see pics]!
Three[3] cylinder pulse hose fitting has been removed for max power, buyer will have to re-tap cases to supply brass fitting-pulse hose.
The engine cases had a brass barb hose-pulse fitting tapped into the side of reed cage area on the side of engines cases.
Four[4] one cylinder stud bolts top does have a wear spot in threads[see pics], but threads all work okay.
This modified topend came off a great running ski I parted out several years ago, I pulled it and in a box it went!
The last nice original 300cc. Kawasaki TRICK RACING PORTED topend I saw sold for 0plus on ebay!
I have seen just milled 300cc heads sell for 0 online!
THIS IS the LAST Kawasaki 300 ported topend I have from a famous jetski company from the 1980's!
I owned several cylinders with different stages of modifications; from radical to mild.
This cylinder was not as radical as others.
I can tell buyer of topend who had these trick cylinders built in the 1980's for racing in the 300-500cc. classes.
I know the former Jetski company owner very well, but he asked me to not use his company name in listing.
His company had a racing team, featured adds in Jetski magaizines, and sold aftermarket Jetski items all over the world in the 1980-90's.
They built these experimental cylinders for their team riders to race against other 300-500cc racers in the late 1980's.
They would build a cylinder with different porting spec's, go run it, then build another.
It was OEM black painted when I got it, I had it painted Kawi green in the mid-1990's.
Racing top-end is worth vintage jet ski value for sure... trick racing Kawasaki 300 parts are impossible to find now.
Complete topend combo can be used as-is on your vintage Kawasaki jetski 300cc. racer or playtime jetski
