The UD512 is a simple 1.5m cable connector that gives you up to 512DMX channels*. The UD512 is powered from the USB port and has two LED indicators showing if the output is selected and DMX activity. Compact and portable, the UD512 is quite simply the most cost-effective and convenient way to get DMX out of your PC.

This unit was removed from a climate controlled indoor setting.
It was used on a Windows 10 PC with JandsVista 2.3 and an Apple IMac using ChromaQ Vista 3.3.

Troubleshooting:
Before you call it defective, make sure you download the correct USB driver from ChromaQ or Jands.
This unit was fully tested on July 19, 2021.
This unit does not work with any software other than Jands/ChromaQ Vista.
Please ask questions before you bid if this product is new to you.
Many users have trouble with the software and assume the controller or the dongle is defective
