It comes with a power supply but it's not the correct one
.
You may have to tape it to the unit. It does power it up but it's not the correct one that goes with the unit. It is missing a fader button.

is a compact 96-channel control console. It can be used as a main controller or a back-up board in a DMX system. The SmartFade 1296 control board provides 12 channels in two-scene mode and 96 channels in normal one-scene mode. This board is designed to be used in conjunction with a dimmer pack and a DMX control cable
