Halloween "Spellbound" Witch Kewpie
Not part of the Wizard of Oz line but with the green skin she could be the wicked witch
Pre-owned in excellent condition
She has a long black silky dress with puff sleeves and an attached velvet vest with ties
A long black cape made of black velvet on the top and silky underneath
Black and white striped tights and black silky shoes that curl at the toe
Hat is black point and silky with the brim covered in see through gauzy material that ends in two long hang downs in the back with raw edges
The elastic to hold the hat on has broken but maybe able to be sewed back to the hat
Her broom is made of wood with twigs? and is attached to her hand with a clear rubber band
Everything that  originally came with the doll except the stand and COA.
I think she was an effanbee kewpie but I can can not remember and I am the only owner
Does not come with stand.  This is a Barbie stand I am using to take her photo
