    This was purchased from about a 90 year old man that had had a antique shop.  He stated he thought it was from the 1930s and he said it was very valuable ... not sure what that means.  Couldn't really find another item like this.   It looks like there might have been wax on the back.  He had it stored in a tote for years and years.   Any info you might have is welcome.   I didn't come up with much when I researched it.   Thanks!!!  Hapy bidding
