Antique KPM Germany Berlin Porcelain Set of 8 Pierced Reticulated Plates
These 8 plates were produced in Germany by KPM, Berlin, in 1918. They have a diameter of 8 3/8 inches. They are made of the highest quality porcelain. The plates have molded weave and swirl decorations in the porcelain. Each plate is professionally hand painted with bunches of flowers in bright colors. There are knots of flowers scattered around the borders. The porcelain borders are cut out or reticulated in a lattice type pattern.
Signed on the bottom with the Berlin scepter and imperial orb, KPM, Königliche Porzellan Manufacktur (the firm known as the King’s Royal Porcelain Manufacturer of Berlin).
